About Marc H. Jaffe
Marc Jaffe is a founding shareholder of Fromhold Jaffe & Adams. His principal areas of practice are (i) estate planning and probate, (ii) real estate and (iii) businesses and contracts. For many years, Marc has assisted individuals and families with estate planning, including the preparation of wills and trusts. He has represented businesses and business owners and their families with regard to the conduct of their businesses as well as business succession and business sale planning and transactions. Marc has also represented individuals and entities in sales, purchases, leases and other transactions involving residential and commercial real estate. He brings knowledge and experience to clients' transactions from both disciplines – estates and real estate. Marc received his law degree from Villanova University School of Law (J. D. cum laude) where he served as an editor of the Law Review. Proper legal advice for estate planning and estate administration often requires special knowledge of the law involving Federal Estate Tax and Federal Gift Tax. Marc received a second degree - Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation - from Villanova University School of Law, enabling him to better advise clients in these areas. His undergraduate degree is from Temple University (B.A. cum laude). Marc is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Marc has previously been named one of the "Top Attorneys" by Suburban Life Magazine - category - Estate Planning and has previously been selected for Pennsylvania "Super Lawyers" - Philadelphia Magazine - category - Estate Planning/Trusts.
