Firm History and Overview

Fromhold Jaffe & Adams is in its twenty-first year of existence.  The firm principally engages in the following major areas of the law in Pennsylvania: 

Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning
Probate, Trust Administration and Estate Administration
Residential and Commercial Real Estate
Zoning, Subdivision and Land Development
Businesses, Corporations and Contracts
Litigation

The attorneys in the firm also perform legal services in other areas of the law in Pennsylvania. The majority of the firm's practice is concentrated in Montgomery, Delaware, Chester and Philadelphia Counties although the firm's attorneys handle cases in other counties in Pennsylvania.  David Adams is admitted to practice law in New Jersey as well as in Pennsylvania.  

The firm was established in 1987 by Fred Fromhold and Marc Jaffe. Fred and Marc have been practicing law in the Montgomery County - Delaware County area for over thirty-three years. The firm was formerly known as "Fromhold & Jaffe." David Adams joined the firm as an associate in 1991, became a shareholder in 1998 and had his name added to the firm name in 2002. Matthew Gilbert joined the firm as an associate in 2004 and Jamie Jun joined the firm as an associate in 2005.

The firm's office was located at the Rosemont Business Campus in the Rosemont section of Bryn Mawr for over nineteen years. The firm's office is now located at the Villanova Center on Lancaster Avenue - just west of Route 320 in Villanova.  The office is near the Montgomery County - Delaware County border, permitting convenient access to clients in both counties, as well as Chester County. Lower Merion Township, Narberth Borough, Radnor Township, Haverford Township, Marple Township, Newtown Township, West Conshohocken Borough, Conshohocken Borough, Upper Merion Township, Tredyffrin Township and Easttown Township are all convenient to the office.
