About David R. Adams
David R. Adams is a shareholder of Fromhold Jaffe & Adams. He concentrates his practice in the areas of expertise in real estate and corporate and business transactions and has extensive experience in real estate development and finance including acquisition, disposition, construction, leasing and financing. His areas of practice include condominiums and planned communities, commercial, retail and office leasing, acquisition and sale agreements, land use, real estate tax assessments and exemptions, partnerships, construction and permanent loan financing, condominiums and planned communities, limited partnership agreements and various other complex contractual and transactional matters. He is a graduate of Moorestown Friends School, Gettysburg College (B.A. 1987) and Villanova University School of Law (J.D. 1991 cum laude). At Villanova, he was elected to the Law Review and the honor societies of The Order of the Coif and Phi Kappa Phi.
He is a former Chairperson of the Cherry Hill Historical Commission. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the Supreme Court of the United States. He was recognized by Main Line Today Magazine as one of its Top Lawyers 2011 and 2014 in the area of Real Estate Law.
