Dave is a graduate of Moorestown Friends School, Gettysburg College (B.A. 1987) and Villanova University School of Law (J.D. 1991 cum laude). At Villanova, he was elected to the Law Review and the honor societies of The Order of the Coif and Phi Kappa Phi. He served four terms on and is the former Chairman of the Cherry Hill Historical Commission.  He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the Supreme Court of the United States. His principal areas of practice are commercial real estate, corporations, business law and contracts.  Dave was recognized by Main Line Today Magazine as one of its Top Lawyers 2011 in the area of Real Estate Law.
